Lead Pastor Dr. Michael Shane Kelly is a pastor, speaker, and leadership mentor with more than 35 years of full-time ministry experience. For the past 19 years, he has served as Pastor of Central Triad Church in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where he is known for practical biblical teaching, visionary leadership, and a passion for helping people grow in their faith and purpose.

Beyond the local church, Michael serves on the Board of Directors of the ACN Ministerial Network, GPS Seminary, and Global Ministries, working alongside leaders to strengthen churches, equip ministers, and expand the reach of the Gospel around the world.

Michael is passionate about developing leaders in ministry, business, and the marketplace, believing that biblical principles provide a foundation for success in every area of life.
