How It Works? 
Once you submit this form, your family will be assigned a number. Sponsors will receive only your child’s age, gender, clothing size, favorite color, and gift wish list — your personal information will remain completely confidential.

Gifts will be collected throughout the month and will be ready for pickup at the Life Center on Saturday, December 20, 2025.

Please note that gifts will not be wrapped upon pickup, allowing families to see each item and wrap them as they wish before Christmas.
