At Central Triad Church in Winston-Salem, NC, part of our mission is to Impact the World, and one of the ways we live out that calling is through our Food Pantry Ministry. This food pantry is a reflection of God's love in action—offering practical help, encouragement, and hope to individuals and families in need.
We believe no one should go hungry, and we're here to support those facing difficult seasons, both within our church family and throughout the Winston-Salem and Piedmont Triad community.
The food pantry operates on the fourth Saturday of each month, beginning at 10 a.m., and remains open until all supplies have been distributed. Emergency food assistance is also available for those with urgent needs.
Beyond the food itself, we also offer prayer. Members of our prayer team are available during pantry hours to pray with anyone seeking comfort, healing, or spiritual support.

Who is eligible to receive food?
Anyone in need throughout Winston-Salem and the Piedmont Triad is welcome — there are no eligibility requirements.
Do I need to bring ID or proof of need?
Please bring a Second Harvest Food Bank card if you have one, or a valid ID or driver's license.
How often can I visit the pantry?
You're welcome to visit every month.
What if I can't make it on the 4th Saturday — is there another way to get help?
Right now, the 4th Saturday is our only regular pantry day. We can provide a list of other local food pantries in the community that host on different days and times.
What kind of food/items are typically available?
We typically offer meats, bread, eggs (when available), and non-perishable items like canned vegetables, fruit, beans, and noodles.
Can I donate food or other items? What do you need most?
Yes! Please contact Central Triad Church and leave a message for the Impact Food Pantry team, and someone will reach out to you.
Can I volunteer if I don't attend Central Triad Church?
Volunteering with the Food Pantry is reserved for members of the Impact Team.
Is there a cost or fee to receive food?
The food pantry is completely free.
Do I need to register or sign up in advance?
No registration is needed — it's first come, first served.
Is this only for people who live in Winston-Salem, or can anyone from the Triad area come?
Anyone is welcome, no matter where you live — including Winston-Salem, Greensboro, High Point, and anywhere in the Piedmont Triad.
What if I need help outside of pantry hours?
