Our Dream Team is a vibrant group of passionate volunteers dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others and creating an atmosphere where people can encounter God. Whether you're greeting newcomers, serving behind the scenes, or using your creative talents, there's a place for you to get involved and serve the church family.

To join a Dream Team, all volunteers are required to complete Central Track, a class designed to help you learn more about Central Triad Church's vision, values, and mission. As part of the process, you'll take a spiritual gifts assessment and a condensed DISC assessment, which provide valuable insights into your strengths and personality — helping you discover things about yourself you may not have known. This experience is meant to equip and empower you to serve in a way that aligns with your gifts and passions. Once you've completed Central Track, you'll be ready to join a Dream Team and make a lasting impact!

Meet Our Dream Teams
Adorn
The Adorn Team creates a visually stunning atmosphere by decorating Central Triad Church for holidays and special events. From seasonal displays to themed decorations, this team of volunteers brings creativity and beauty to every space, helping set the tone for worship and celebration. Whether it's transforming the sanctuary, foyer, or outdoor areas, the Adorn Team ensures our campus feels inviting and festive for every occasion. If you have a passion for design and love creating a warm, welcoming environment, we'd love to have you on this team!
Altar Team
The Altar Team prays with people during altar call and at the end of each service — a chance to offer prayer, encouragement, and support in that moment. Whether someone is celebrating a breakthrough or walking through something difficult, this team is there to pray with them and point them toward Jesus. If you have a heart for praying with people in real time, we'd love to have you on this team!
Baptism
The Baptism Team plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and meaningful experience for those taking the next step in their faith journey at Central Triad Church. Volunteers prepare the baptism area, assist candidates with check-in, answer questions, and provide guidance on what to expect. They help with clothing, towels, and logistics while offering prayer and encouragement. By ensuring a smooth and celebratory experience for families and guests, this team helps make baptism a special and memorable moment. Central Groups Leaders
As a Central Groups Leader, you open your home, a coffee shop, or wherever works — and invite others in for real conversation, real faith, and real community. Whether you're leading a Bible study, book club, or just gathering people around a shared interest, you have the unique opportunity to connect deeply with others and nurture their faith along the way. Leaders help fulfill the Great Commission by leading others to grow in their walk with Christ, developing their own gifts, and encouraging one another in community. We'd love for you to step into this role!
Central Hosts
Central Hosts help guests and members find open seats, especially when the auditorium is full and available spots aren't easy to spot. With a friendly smile and a helpful eye, this team makes sure everyone finds a place to sit and feel welcome, right from the moment they walk in. If you enjoy helping people feel comfortable and cared for, we'd love to have you on this team!
Central Kids
This team of volunteers creates an environment where children ages 3 through 5th grade are consistently exposed to the real love of Jesus at Central Triad Church. They intentionally invest in the lives of our children through worship, videos, skits, small groups, lessons, games, and more. If you have a heart for kids, we'd love to have you join us! Special note: Background checks are mandatory and will be conducted on all potential volunteers.
Central Track Facilitators
Central Track Facilitators serve as the personal point of contact for each student moving through Central Track. Facilitators check in between video sessions to answer questions and help students process what they're learning along the way. If you enjoy walking alongside people one-on-one and helping them grow, we'd love for you to volunteer as a facilitator!
Central Worship
Through powerful vocals and instrumentation, the Worship Team creates an atmosphere where guests can encounter the presence of the living God at Central Triad Church. This dynamic team of volunteers leads with passion and purpose, preparing hearts for meaningful worship and connection. Whether through song, sound, or spirit, the Worship Team is committed to guiding the congregation into a deeper experience with God. Come be part of this team!
Central Youth
Join the volunteer team that is building the next generation at Central Triad Church. Whether you're leading a small group discussion, helping run our Sunday youth service, planning our youth conference, or serving alongside students on a community outreach project, you'll play a real part in shaping the faith of the next generation. Creative Team
Every photo, video, graphic, and post tells a story — and the Creative Team makes sure that story reflects who we are as Central Triad Church. This team oversees marketing, advertising, and all visual representations of the church's message, bringing together graphic designers, photographers, videographers, artists, copywriters, editors, web developers, video editors, and social media managers to creatively communicate our identity and engage the community. If you have a passion for design, media, and storytelling, come create with us!
Facilities Maintenance
The Facilities Team ensures the Central Triad Church campus is safe, functional, and welcoming. This dedicated group of volunteers maintains the property through regular weekly and monthly workdays, using skills like electrical, plumbing, carpentry, construction, and landscaping. This team is open to everyone — not just those with specialized skills. If you're willing to pitch in, there's always something to do, from fixing leaks to enhancing the landscape. Whether experienced or eager to learn, there's a place for you here!
Grand Central
The Grand Central Team serves as the hub of information and connection at Central Triad Church. Volunteers provide resources on current events, ministries, and giving opportunities while helping guests and members stay informed and engaged. Grand Central is also the go-to place for purchasing church and event merchandise and giving tithes and offerings electronically. Our goal is to make it easy for everyone to get involved, stay connected, and support the church community. Come be part of making that happen!
Greeters
The Greeters Team is the first point of welcome for everyone who steps onto the Central Triad Church campus. With warm smiles and friendly hearts, these volunteers create a welcoming atmosphere for weekend services and special events. Our team is available to greet guests, answer questions, and provide directions to key areas like restrooms, childcare, and other facilities. If you love meeting new people and making others feel at home, we'd love to have you as one of our first friendly faces!
Hospitality
This team of volunteers is dedicated to serving the Central Triad Church family through the gift of food. Whether preparing meals for church gatherings, organizing meal support for those who are sick or in need, or ensuring hospitality at special events, this team shares Christ's love through nourishment and care. With hearts of service, we come together to provide comfort, encouragement, and fellowship around the table. If you have a passion for cooking, organizing, or simply blessing others through a warm meal, come join us in this meaningful ministry!
Impact Team
The Impact Team is dedicated to being the hands and feet of Christ by serving Winston-Salem, King, and communities throughout the Piedmont Triad through outreach and acts of compassion. From stocking and distributing food in our food pantry to organizing community projects and outreach events, this team of volunteers is committed to making a tangible difference in the lives of those in need. Whether providing nourishment, offering resources, or spreading hope, we strive to be a source of love and support. Medical “1st Responders”
The Medical First Responders Team is a group of dedicated medical professionals who volunteer on campus at Central Triad Church to provide immediate care in the event of a medical emergency. With training and expertise, they are ready to respond quickly to ensure the safety and well-being of our church community during services and events. Whether assisting with minor injuries or offering first aid in more serious situations, this team is committed to providing a calm and compassionate presence in times of need. If you are a medical professional with a heart for service, we'd love to have you on this essential team! Park & Ride Team
Welcoming guests from the moment they arrive at Central Triad Church! This team of volunteers helps guests find the best place to park and offers shuttle rides to the front door so their Sunday starts with ease and a smile. If you'd love to be one of the first friendly faces guests see, come be part of the team!
Prayer Team
The Prayer Team is a dedicated group of volunteers who lift up the needs of Central Triad Church, our community, and the world in prayer. Whether praying for specific requests, interceding on behalf of others, or supporting church events and ministries, the Prayer Team plays a vital role in strengthening the spiritual foundation of our congregation. If you're committed to seeking God's guidance, provision, and protection through fervent prayer, come be part of this team!
Safety Team
The Safety Team helps every person who walks through our doors worship without worry. Volunteers are trained to recognize and respond to potential risk situations, working proactively to protect our people and property during services and events. If you have a heart for protecting God's people and creating a peaceful, secure atmosphere, we'd love to have you protecting our church family!
Technical Production
The Technical Production Team plays a vital role in creating a dynamic and seamless worship experience by managing cameras, sound, lighting, and screens for all Central Triad Church services and events. This team of volunteers also oversees the livestream, ensuring those joining online can engage in worship and the message with excellence. Whether operating equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, or supporting live production, our team works behind the scenes to bring each service to life.
